Jason is in demand for his ‘real life’ approach to demonstrations, which regularly include first rides on young unbroken horses, working with unknown ‘problem’ horses and of course mucking around with his trusty sidekick, Diesel! He has performed at national events such as ToastLife Festival (Clapham Common, London), Your Horse Live 2011 & 2012, Worshipful Company of Saddlers AGM, Kent Game & Equine Fair and South West Christmas Equine Fair and has had very well received evening lecture demonstrations at top venues such as Hartpury College and Hadlow College.

Jason has collaborated with a number of industry experts, including performing alongside leading Australian horseman, Steve Brady in 2011. He also works closely with leading Equine Performance Psychologist, Charlie Unwin, in their “Meeting of Minds” demonstrations that are designed to explore how a greater understanding of both human and horse behaviour leads to more successful partnership between horse and rider.

Diesel is such a stunning horse, with temperament and ability to match. Jason and Penny bred him from Condamine Rivoli Design, an Australian Stock Horse mare they imported in 2002, and used him as a sire for four years before he was gelded. Diesel remains with us as a competition horse and for Jason to use in demonstrations and he regularly steals the show! We have retained two fillies by him for future breeding purposes. This video is of him as a six year old.
