“Kudos to Jason Webb at Australian Horsemanship – he is working wonders with my colt who has a strange travelling habit. A welcoming, horse-focussed yard with great staff and 5* care”
Tally Wade, Editor Western Horse UK Magazine,‘It was like leaving one horse with loads of problems and picking up a totally different horse, a joy to own!’

Just to let you know that the colts are going really well. I was so impressed with Jason’s ability to start these horses – they came back ready to work and we have high hopes for their futures. I hope that these are the first of many young horses that I get back from Jason’s yard!
David Rumsey, Dressage Rider and TrainerRobbie was a rescue horse who took ages to enjoy life again. After an accident last year, I couldn’t ride for a long time plus I lost my confidence. I did alot of ground work and he came out of his shell but I couldn’t bring myself to get back in the saddle. His three weeks training got him back into ridden work and at the end of it I took the plunge (in at the deep end!) and did the show day training and enjoyed ever bit of it, although it done me in after not riding for over a year. Me and Robbie are now enjoying our riding and even some jumping. Not much of a problem horse story but in the end it was me that needed more help than Robbie! Heather Mollins
Hi Jason, Well did as you said and got on Fflint when we got home….no probs. Have lightly hacked since them, Blustery days, pigs, cows, road signs etc. has not batted an eyelid so far. You have given me so much confidence, knowing he has had the best start to his ridden future. Thankyou so much, will keep in touch.
Best Regards
Jane Barrett“I attended the “Meeting of Minds” demonstration held at Hadlow College and thought it was one of the best demonstrations that I have ever seen, thank you very much.”
Sue Freeman - Stilebridge Kennels and Livery YardMy friend Tricia and I came to your open afternoon yesterday and what a brilliant time we had, we didn’t want it to end. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
I along with everyone else was fascinated by your ability to achieve such amazing results in such a short time. Your calmness, understanding, knowledge and endless patience was just wonderful to watch. I have to say that you have yourself two Jason Webb groupies, sorry but its a burden you will have to bare !!!!
We both look forwards to the next opportunity to visit and watch you at work.
Regards
Diane CrickmoreHi Jason, Just let you know that Bertie travelled home really well. After he had settled in I did as you advised took him up into the school and just got on with it – he was brilliant! I rode him again this morning and took him round our fields and had a canter and once again he did not put a foot wrong. Thank you so much for starting Bertie for me I know that you have given him the best start and hopefully I can continue where you left off. I will keep in touch and will probably bring him back to you early next year after he has had a break just for you to set him up for his professional career! Once again thank you.
Regards
JanI took Murphy to Jason Webb’s because he started to dominate me by mounting me when leading him and also biting me. I lost all my confidence. I was recommended to Australian horse training by my friends Sally and Vicky who also went to Jason Webb. Murphy was there for 4 weeks where he was transformed into a super behaved horse. Now he is home I can lead him, groom him and tack him up without any problems. I have been to 3 coffee mornings and found the demonstrations very helpful and used tips i have learnt at home. I look forward for Murphy going back to Jason’s for some finishing touches in the spring and hope to attend the training courses in the future.
Many thanks! Debbie Simes
It will be 5 years ago this February that I sent Henry my appaloosa x welsh d gelding to Jason’s. He was recommended to me from a lady near us as I was having a lot of issues with him. Henry was classified dangerous by our vet as he is a borderline false rig and 9 out of 10 are destroyed as they are too unpredictable. I was getting squashed, attacked, bitten and trodden on nearly every day. I couldn’t ride him as he would bronco buck me straight off. The last time I had taken him out he had a car come around the corner on the wrong side which terrified him to the point I came off. He would not go near a road after this. I rang Jason and he came and loaded him as it would take us near an hour if at all. After 20mins of ground work to establish a few rules i.e. not to walk over the top of Jason which he did try! He walked straight in!! I went with him to settle him in and then left Jason and his team to their work. I went to see Henry 2 weeks later. Baring in mind you would think I would know my own horse I walked straight past him as he was tied up waiting patiently for me. At home he would rear and break any ropes we used! I watched Jason ride Henry and put him through his paces it was a beautiful sight and then I had a go and I have to admit I thought I was on someone else’s horse! Henry now competes doing EGB and dabbles in dressage and on the road is a comfort blanket to all facing lorries, tractors, bikes you name it and is a changed and happy horse that even my daughter who has autism can lead him anywhere!! We have sent several other horses to Jason and his team over the years and each one has excelled. Thank you to all of you.
